All sessions require a 50% booking deposit. Payments are made online via invoice.
Weddings are subject to payment plans with a minimum deposit of 30%.
All clients are required to sign a digital liability waiver and consent to social media form prior to their session.
All sessions are subject to rescheduling fees if not weather related.
- Clients may reschedule up to 7 days in advance without having to pay a fee.
- For sessions rescheduled between 5-6 days prior to the session, the client is subject to a 15% rescheduling fee.
- For sessions rescheduled between 2-4 days prior to the session, the client is subject to a 30% rescheduling fee.
- For sessions rescheduled on the day of the session or less than 24 hours notice, the client is subject to a 50% rescheduling fee.
All sessions are subject to cancellation fees if not weather related.
- Clients are required to make a 50% non-refundable booking deposit to secure their spot which also covers any expenses tied to cancelling up to 7 days prior to the session.
- Any session cancellations between 2-6 days prior are subject to an additional 30% cancellation fee.
- Any session cancellations on the day of or 24 hours prior are subject to the original FULL payment agreed upon.
- Any session exceeding travel of 20 miles are subject to a minimum travel fee of $25.
- Any sessions exceeding 60 miles require a minimum travel fee of $45.

Booking deposits are due once the date, time, location, and primary details of the session have been determined. The client is given two days to make their deposit. If not, they will need to re-inquire.
This occurs when there is VERY limited availability for sessions in Ohio during the busy season (AKA Fall and Spring). Because there is such little time to capture everyone’s special moments- these sessions will be priced higher than the standard rate.
