We currently service Ohio and New York, however for SMM- we are able to service clients anywhere in the US! We pride ourselves on providing our clients with the best experience- no matter their location.

Our client base consists of female-led businesses, service providers, musicians, mental health professionals, boutiques, and more! We generally receive inquiries for Ohio-based businesses: boutiques, restaurants, venues, and apparel stores. We're here to welcome all!

While we understand that a one-month package sounds appealing, we only permit the use of the one-month package two times. We always recommend our three-month agreement as it provides a medium-level commitment from both the client and provider, and provides us with the opportunity to develop a somewhat long-term strategy for our clients to see growth over the duration of their agreement.

Yes! We have packages available that include caption writing! We also offer it as an add-on service to packages that do not include it.

We communicate with our clients via our business email and SMS! However, we only provide responses between 9am and 6pm Monday-Saturday. Our clients also get a minimum once a month 1-hour consultation- and for clients in long-term agreements, as much as eight over the course of their contract.

INQUIRE- The client sends an inquiry through our ‘inquire’ here form.

OBSERVATION- Our team reviews the inquiry and determines if it's a fit for us. We will respond within 48 hours.

PRICING PRESENTATION- We then introduce the client to our overall social media rates, providing them with info on setting up an initial 20-minute over-the-phone or in-person consultation (FREE).

INITIAL CONSULTATION- We ACTIVELY listen and analyze what the issues are with social media and how to resolve them! We also discuss payment plans, package specification, add-ons, captions and hashtags, prioritization of reels, our process, and more!

CONTENT CREATION PERIOD- Our team creates content for the initial month including everything in their package.

PREVIEW WEEK- Client is given one week to preview the month’s content thoroughly to their discretion. We are available for communication throughout 'preview week' for any questions or additions.

LAUNCH DATE!- Initial launch of content

ANALYTICS REPORT- Each month, our clients receive an analytics report containing metrics, our recommendations, highest performing, and lowest performing content.

MONTHLY CONSULTATION- 1-hour consultation upon delivery of analytics report making future plans with SMM through KPF.

Yes! We offer payment plans of weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly. 

Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook are what we consider the 'Big Three' of social media! We also offer Pinterest services.

While we do not publicly provide our pricing, we can inform you that our packages are defined by the number of platforms included, extent of content creation, caption writing, and more. ;)

We intend to provide all of our clients with the best experience possible. To do that, we can only take a maximum number of clients. At this time, we have a client waitlist so we can help as many businesses as possible in a timely manner. Every time a spot opens up, we pull an inquiry from the waitlist for a consultation to further discuss becoming an SMM client at KPF! Our goal is to better help our clients understand social media so that they no longer have to rely on us- and can grow their accounts individually as the world adapts to this shift in marketing.

All of our packages include content creation- but to different extents. Some include only graphics for posts, others including video editing for reels. Most including EVERYTHING- such as: photo and video sessions, raw footage, video editing, brand kits, pro graphics, and more!
